To get the best out of any working relationship, we need to get to know you and understand what it is that you are really looking for from a recruitment partner.

We need to know what you want! We therefore need our clients to invest some time in the initial phase of the search process and talk us through the detail to enable us to save time and identify the perfect profiles.

We need to understand what solution you require. Executive Search, Contingent Search or a combination of both. Maybe, a Contractor would be a better choice!

We will ask lots of questions and listen. Once we are clear on what it is that you want, we will go to work.

Our Consultants are specialists. They know their market inside out and understand recruitment, so you will only ever receive a limited number of profiles to review.

We provide a skills and experience summary relevant to the role, together with their current salary details, financial expectations for the role in question, plus current location and willingness to travel.

Given our CV to interview ratios, if you don’t want to interview all of them we will be disappointed.
