We have recently undertaken a number of searches across North America for one of our global ITSM vendor clients to support their Professional Services team. The client was going through a major expansion to secure ITSM Implementation Consultants across a number of states. We competed against US IT recruitment firms and were successful in placing a Service Delivery Manager in their East Coast HQ, and three ITSM Implementation consultants in Colorado, Dallas and Florida.
