Major Sales personnel refresh for OSS Software Vendor

This OSS Software vendor offers a complete set of service assurance solutions, covering all technologies across mobile and fixed networks. Challenging market conditions drove the client to undertake a major refresh program within its sales organisation worldwide.

In January 2014, Analytica was approached by the Global VP Sales to undertake a confidential search for this very sensitive project. Utilising our existing Global OSS network Analytica was able to quickly map the regional markets in North and Latin America, Europe, Middle East and Asia. Direct approaches we made to a targeted list of candidates with specific network performance management software sales experience. The opportunities were sold to the candidates and as a result 10 exceptional candidates were identified and submitted to the client. All the candidates were interviewed by the client and 7 Regional Sales Directors were successfully recruited.
