Role & Responsibilities

  • You support client projects on site or remotely in their implementation of ServiceNow
  • You transcribe customer needs into a solution design, show your design to the customer and help put in place a technical team. This role requires extensive knowledge of process services (including ITIL) and a technical understanding in the deployment of IT Service Management solutions (IT Service Management)
  • You contribute to pre-sales activities with the features and opportunities offered by the ServiceNow platform Your profile

Technical Skills & Experience

  • You will have at least 3 years’ experience as a technical consultant and business analyst for ITSM solutions, together with a thorough knowledge of ITIL and practical experience in IT operations
  • Previous experience in project management, ideally with a certification in this field is a plus
  • Good knowledge in the areas of SQL, Java and web technologies

What we are looking for

  • You will have a diploma in computer studies or a degree in business administration with a major in computer science or equivalent qualification sufficient
  • Very good language skills in English and German or French for roles in Switzerland (spoken and written)
  • Open to the idea of traveling in Europe
  • Independent, highly motivated and structured approach with a natural sensitivity for quality
  • Eagerness to learn continuously with the ability to work on multiple projects
  • You communicate, manage and process customer expectations
